They were found guilty under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs "f", "l" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder committed by an organized group, motivated by political, ideological hatred), part 1 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (ill-treatment of prisoners of war and civilians in the occupied territory), paragraphs "c", "d", "e", "z" Part 2 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of moderate harm to health, committed with extreme cruelty, by an organized group, motivated by political, ideological hatred, with the use of an object used as a weapon).

The court sentenced Buchkovsky to 22 years of imprisonment with serving his sentence in a high-security penal colony. Stryukov was sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment in a high-security colony. Galchukov, Knizhnik, Krivtsun, Matushansky and Sergeychuk will spend 16 years each in the colony.
