Singer, composer, and producer Abraham Quintanilla Jr. is from the United States. He managed Selena throughout her life and is the father of the Tejano singer Selena. In Corpus Christi, Texas, Quintanilla was born into a Mexican-American family. In 1956, he joined the singing group the "Dinos," which was the beginning of his musical career.
